Our take
I bought this 3-disc set for my Cuisinart DLC-8 and it's a great addition. The stainless steel blades cut cleanly – the 4mm slicer is perfect for potatoes, while the medium grater handles cheese like a champ. The 2mm slicer works for thinner veggies. For $14.99, you get three discs, which is excellent value. However, the plastic stems feel a bit flimsy, and there's no warranty. Also, they are only compatible with certain older models, so double-check before buying.
