Our take
This slicing disc works well with my Cuisinart DLC-8. It makes quick work of potatoes and apples. The stainless steel blade is sharp and slices evenly. I like that it's dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. However, it's just a slicing disc, so you only get one function. For $20, it's a decent add-on if you need to slice fruits or vegetables. The detachable feature is handy for storage. Compatibility is limited to DLC-8 and DLC-10 models.
