Our take
This disc set is a nice upgrade for my Cuisinart DLC-8. The stainless steel discs are well-made and provide consistent shredding and slicing. The 11-cup capacity is generous for larger batches. However, I was surprised that the set includes only the discs – no stem. You'll need to have your own stem or order one separately. Also, the lack of warranty is a downside. For $30, it's a bit pricey for just discs, but the quality is good.
