Our take
This replacement slicer disc from Cuisinart works as advertised. It fits my DLC-10 perfectly and slices vegetables evenly. The metal blade feels sharp enough for most tasks. However, I was a bit disappointed that it's just the blade – no stem included, so you'll need to reuse your old one. Also, there's no warranty, but for $14 it's a reasonable price. If you need a medium slicer, this does the job without fuss.
